Indicated for patients who do not have excess skin but rather an accumulation of excessive fat in the neck area (double chin). The procedure involves making small 3mm incisions behind the ears and under the chin to redefine the neck angle and jawline, giving a more contoured appearance to the face. It is often combined with buccal fat pad removal in younger patients.
